The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela, commonly referred to by its acronym PLV, is a local government-funded public university located in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Established in 2002, the university provides affordable, accessible, and quality higher education to eligible residents of Valenzuela. PLV offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate degree programs across multiple disciplines, including engineering, sciences, education, business, and public administration.
