Aşk-ı Memnu is a Turkish romantic drama television series aired on Kanal D from 2008 to 2010. A modern adaptation of Halit Ziya Uşaklıgil's 1899 novel of the same name, Aşk-ı Memnu follows the love triangle story of Adnan Ziyagil, a wealthy businessman in Istanbul’s high society, his younger lover Bihter Yöreoğlu, and his nephew, Behlül Haznedar, who falls in love with Bihter.
